I'll start with the chest glow.
To do this I will first use the same technique I used to make parts o f him blue to create a red glow around the center.
On Hue/Saturation I move the sliders until the area around the glow is nice and red, which also makes him all back to being red.
Here we want to have Localized Color Clusters ticked and the pipette on the right with the + icon selected. I have localized ticked, as I only want one area to be turned red, not the entire image. I use the multiple sample option as if I were to just click in the middle of the white it wouldn't have much of an effect as the sample it is changing is white. So I click around the white ring so the area around the center which has a noticeable glow is red.
I then select the inside of the center circle, and cut i onto a new layer.
I place this on a new layer so I can alter the opacity of it to get a better blending after I place the red image behind it in the hole.
The red image I'm using is that of a rendering of the HAL-9000 from 2001 a Space Odyssey.
I make a new layer, below all the current ones and paste this image in.
I then make the area I cut out from the center on a new layer invisible by unclicking the eye icon next to the layer. I then position the HAL image so it lines up with the hole. I then rotate it so the reflection looks best.
Then because the image of Iron Man has his chest at a slight angle to the camera I hold crtl and click and drag on one of the corners of the HAL image so I can stretch it one way to give an angular appearance.
Finally I hide the Iron Man layer so I can see all the HAL layer and cut out just the HAL circle.
